The club has access to the 400m track at SGS during the summer months between April and August, and is available for use by both the T&F and Endurance groups.
The Endurance sessions are led by Julian Emery, with the T&F sprint group led by Chris Millard.
Session Level: intermediate to elite athletes (invite only)
Age: Year 8+ (Endurance); Year 7+ (Sprints)
Athletes are divided into small groups based upon speed endurance with a range of sprint and interval training routines selected week by week.
Sessions include a warm-up, track running and then a warm-down, and last baround 60 minutes.
On occasions, these sessions may be held on the grass 400m track at Clevedon School if the SGS facility is not available.
Additionally, at any one time the club has a number of members and parents acquiring Coaching and Fitness Running licences.
All our coaches are DBS checked and have attended and completed Safeguarding and First Aid courses.
