Welsh Athletics host a two-part indoor track and field championship for regons in Wales as well as South West England in December and January each year.
Medals are awarded to the first three athletes in each event by region.

U14G: 60m (48), 60m Hurdles (24), 800m (36), 1500m (20), Shot Put (40)
U16B: 60m (48), 60m Hurdles (24), 800m (36), 1500m (20), Pole Vault (12), Long Jump (40).
U16G: 60m (48), 60m Hurdles (24), 800m (36), 1500m (20), Pole Vault (12), Shot Put (40).
U18M: 60m (48), 60m Hurdles (24), 800m (36), 1500m (20), Pole Vault (12), Long Jump (40)
U18W: 60m (48), 60m Hurdles (24), 800m (36), 1500m (20), Pole Vault (20), Long Jump (40
