A team of 17 athletes travelled to the fantastic Cardiff Met University facility to compete in this year’s 2018 competition. A total of four medals were won, with golds being collected by Stephanie Brooks (800m) and Timothy Leong (Long Jump).
This adds to the 200m gold (27.06 seconds) and long jump bronze (4.87m) won by Tilly Smale, and high jump bronze (1.65m) by Lewis Hembrow-McKinley before Christmas. James Gentile ran a pb of 25.64 seconds in the 200m for 4th, Carlos Tailer finished 7th (26.62 seconds), Lewis also finished 5th in shot (9.22m), with Phoebe Gooch an excellent 4th in high jump (1.35m)
