In the under-15 event Rosa F impressed with a long jump of 4.68m, closing in on the big 5m milestone that decent conditions will surely bring. This was backed up with a pb of 13.81 seconds over 100m
Ruby D improved her long jump pb to 4.28m and also her 100m pb to 14.14 seconds. Capping a busy day, the high jump saw a jump of 1.35m
In the under-17 event, Keira D came close to her pb and club record with 2;20.82 minutes over 800m. Hannah W also improved her pb with 2;50.03 minutes. George I improved his 100m pb with 12.44 seconds, and a solid 16.06 seconds in the 100m hurdles
Running in the senior event, Charlie B clocked 11.81 seconds in the 100m and 24.67 seconds in the 200m in his first outing of the year.
On the same day, Stephanie B competed at the Gloucester County Championships. She continues to nip away at the 100m Hurdles Club record, lowering it to 17.6 seconds. Backed up with a shot put of 7.87m

In the u-17 men event, George I continued to threaten the NSAC club record with a rapid 15.88 seconds over the 100m hurdles.
In the u-20 women Steph B, running the same event, ran a 17.78 second time
League events commence in 2 weeks’ time. Will be an unusual season, but hopefully a positive one for NSAC.
