Matt Hogg narrowly missed his pb, ducking below 2 minutes again in the 800m with a time of 1:58.24 minutes in the ‘A’ race

James R was in the the ‘E’ race, with a time of 2:38.77 minutes

Joe Gentry equipped himself well in the ‘A’ race, with a new pb over the 1500m of 4:08.17 minutes.

The 4th endurance athlete, Alice BM, posted a season’s best 4:48.91 minutes in the ‘D’ 1500m race
