NORTH SOMERSET AC 2019 TRAINING FEES AND MEMBERSHIP
To join/re-join the club, we require both payment and registration forms. See below for information on both.
Membership Fee Payment
Training fees shown below now include the England Athletics affiliation fee for competing athletes.
The combined training fee for U11 athletes (school years 4&5) will be £156 if paid up-front, and for Junior athletes (year 6 through to U20 age-group) will be £171 for the year. The ‘year’ runs from January 1st to December 31st*
Additionally, we will accept Standing Order payments on a quarterly basis (£39.00 per quarter for U11s, and £42.75 per quarter for all other athletes).
*If you are joining the Club in any month other than April, July or October, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the pro-rata cost.
Fees can be paid either by cheque (payable to NSAC, with the athlete’s name written on the reverse) or directly into the Club’s account. If you pay into the Club’s account, please use the athlete’s name as the reference.
REGISTRATION – NEW MEMBERS
Please complete form on http://www.nsac.org.uk/club-info/membership/ and bring to training on/before your third session. Please see above details for payment methods.
There is also an additional joining fee of £20, which covers the cost for an NSAC training t-shirt. In addition to the form above, please fill in the NSAC Kit Order Form to enable our Lead Coaches to place the order. There is also more kit available to purchase, which can be viewed here.

NO LONGER TRAINING?
Whilst your child is training with North Somerset Athletic Club quarterly fees must be paid throughout the year. Training is available to all athletes all year round and fees must be paid during the holidays as well.
If your child decides that they would like to leave the Club we ask that written notification is given to the coach before the last session is attended. Once the date of leaving has been confirmed we would then ask you to ensure that all fees are paid up to date before you cancel the standing order payments. The Club is unable to cancel a standing order and it is your responsibility to ensure that this has been done, monies paid after leaving will not be refunded.
Should your child be asked to leave, you will forfeit their fees for the balance of that quarter. Any subsequent quarters (if paid annually) will be refunded.
